[869] Therein, what is affectation (siṅga)? That which is affectation (siṅga), the state of being affected (siṅgāratā); being adroit (caturatā), adroitness (cāturiya); being decked out (parikkhatatā), the state of being decked out (pārikkhatiya) — this is called affectation.
