[969] Therein, which are the four kinds of misconduct (duccarita)? The destruction of life (pāṇātipāta), taking what is not given (adinnādāna), sexual misconduct (kāmesumicchācāra), false speech (musāvāda) — these are the four kinds of misconduct.
