[98] The eye (cakkhu) is impermanent (anicca), suffering (dukkha), not-self (anattā), subject to change (vipariṇāmadhamma). Forms (rūpā) are impermanent, suffering, not-self, subject to change. The ear (sota) is impermanent, suffering, not-self, subject to change. Sounds (saddā) are impermanent, suffering, not-self, subject to change. The nose (ghāna) is impermanent, suffering, not-self, subject to change. Odours (gandhā) are impermanent, suffering, not-self, subject to change. The tongue (jivhā) is impermanent, suffering, not-self, subject to change. Tastes (rasā) are impermanent, suffering, not-self, subject to change.
