[118] Mundane phenomena (lokiyā dhammā) are included (saṅgahita) by the five aggregates (khandha), by the twelve sense bases (āyatana), and by the eighteen elements (dhātu). By how many are they not included? There are no aggregates, no sense bases, and no elements by which they are not included.
