[139] Phenomena (dhammā) not originated by mind (no-cittasamuṭṭhānā dhammā), phenomena not arisen together with mind (no-cittasahabhuno dhammā), and phenomena not following along with mind (no-cittānuparivattino dhammā), setting aside the unconditioned (asaṅkhata) from the aggregates (khandha), are included by two aggregates, by twelve sense bases (āyatana), and by eighteen elements (dhātu). By how many are they not included? They are not included by three aggregates; by no sense bases and by no elements are they not included.
