[82] Phenomena (dhammā) that are not clung-to and not conducive to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) and phenomena that are not defiled and not conducive to defilement (asaṅkiliṭṭha-asaṅkilesika) — setting aside the unconditioned (asaṅkhata) from the aggregates (khandha) — are included by four aggregates, by two sense bases (āyatana), and by two elements (dhātu). By how many are they not included? They are not included by one aggregate, by ten sense bases, and by sixteen elements.
