[1500] Paravādin: Is it not to be said that the person who goes from clan to clan (kolaṃkola) is fixed in the state of going from clan to clan (kolaṃkolatāniyata)? Sakavādin: Yes. P.: But is that person not one who goes from clan to clan? S.: Yes. P.: If that person is one who goes from clan to clan, then indeed, good sir, it should be said that the person who goes from clan to clan is fixed in the state of going from clan to clan.
