[1877] [S.] Is there no repetition-conditionality (āsevana-paccayatā) of any kind?
[P.] Yes.
[S.] But was it not said by the Blessed One: "Bhikkhus, right thought (sammāsaṅkappa), when repeatedly practiced (āsevita), developed, and made much of, … Bhikkhus, right concentration (sammāsamādhi), when repeatedly practiced, developed, and made much of, plunges into the Deathless (amata), has the Deathless as its destination, has the Deathless as its consummation"? Is there indeed such a discourse (suttanta)?
[P.] Yes.
[S.] Well then, there is indeed some repetition-conditionality.
