[1896] [Sakavādin:] The perfect-knower faculty (aññātāvindriya) is not fully produced (aparinipphanna)?
[Paravādin:] Yes.
[Sakavādin:] The perfect-knower faculty is not impermanent (anicca) … not subject to change (vipariṇāmadhamma)?
[Paravādin:] It should not be said so. …
[Sakavādin:] But is not the perfect-knower faculty impermanent, conditioned (saṅkhata) … subject to change?
[Paravādin:] Yes.
[Sakavādin:] If the perfect-knower faculty is impermanent, conditioned, dependently arisen (paṭiccasamuppanna), subject to destruction (khayadhamma), subject to passing away (vayadhamma), subject to fading away (virāgadhamma), subject to cessation (nirodhadhamma), subject to change, then indeed it should not be said that the perfect-knower faculty is not fully produced.
