[335] [Sakavādin:] "Nibbāna exists; Nibbāna does not abandon its state of being Nibbāna; Nibbāna is permanent, stable, eternal, not subject to change — is that so?" [Paravādin:] "Yes." [Sakavādin:] "Past form (rūpa) exists; past form does not abandon its state of being past; past form is permanent, stable, eternal, not subject to change — is that so?" [Paravādin:] "It should not be said thus. …"
