[81] P.: Is it not to be said that the person (puggala) transmigrates from this world to another world, from another world to this world? S.: Yes. P.: Was it not said by the Blessed One: "Having transmigrated seven times at the most, that person makes an end of suffering (dukkha) through the destruction of all fetters (saṃyojana)" — and does such a discourse (suttanta) indeed exist? S.: Yes. P.: In that case, the person does transmigrate from this world to another world, from another world to this world.
