[825] S. Is the knowledge of beings passing on according to their kamma (yathākammūpagatañāṇa) the divine eye (dibbacakkhu)? P. Yes. S. Does the Venerable Sāriputta know the passing on [of beings] according to their kamma? P. Yes. S. If the Venerable Sāriputta knows the passing on [of beings] according to their kamma, then indeed you should not say, "The knowledge of beings passing on according to their kamma is the divine eye."
