[171] For whom the form aggregate (rūpakkhandha) ceases, does the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) cease for him?
For those passing away from the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā), their form aggregate ceases, but their feeling aggregate does not cease; for those passing away from the five-constituent [existence] (pañcavokāra), both their form aggregate ceases and their feeling aggregate ceases.
Or rather: for whom the feeling aggregate ceases, does the form aggregate cease for him?
For those passing away from the formless [existence] (arūpa), their feeling aggregate ceases, but their form aggregate does not cease; for those passing away from the five-constituent [existence], both their feeling aggregate ceases and their form aggregate ceases.
