[267] Wherever the feeling aggregate (vedanākkhandha) has arisen for someone, will the perception aggregate (saññākkhandha) cease for that one there?
For those attaining final Nibbāna (parinibbanta), the feeling aggregate has arisen for them there, but the perception aggregate will not cease for them there. For the others — those of four-constituent (catuvokāra) and five-constituent (pañcavokāra) existence — the feeling aggregate has arisen for them there, and the perception aggregate will cease.
Or rather, wherever the perception aggregate will cease for someone, has the feeling aggregate arisen for that one there?
For those being reborn in the Pure Abodes (Suddhāvāsa), the perception aggregate will cease for them there, but the feeling aggregate has not arisen for them there. For the others — those of four-constituent and five-constituent existence — the perception aggregate will cease for them there, and the feeling aggregate has arisen.
