[54] Are formations (saṅkhārā) the aggregate of volitional formations (saṅkhārakkhandha)? Setting aside the aggregate of volitional formations, the remaining formations are formations but not the aggregate of volitional formations; the aggregate of volitional formations is both formations and the aggregate of volitional formations. Are aggregates (khandhā) the aggregate of form (rūpakkhandha)? The aggregate of form is both an aggregate and the aggregate of form; the remaining aggregates are aggregates but not the aggregate of form.
