For those in their final existence (pacchimabhavika), the femininity faculty has arisen, but the mind faculty will not arise for them. For the others, both the femininity faculty has arisen and the mind faculty will arise.
Or: for whomever the mind faculty will arise, has the femininity faculty arisen for that one?
