In the form sphere (rūpāvacara) and in the formless sphere (arūpāvacara), there the equanimity faculty arises, but the masculinity faculty does not arise there; in the sense sphere (kāmāvacara), there both the equanimity faculty arises and the masculinity faculty arises.
