[1190] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with painful feeling (dukkhā vedanā) is a condition for a phenomenon associated with painful feeling by way of kamma-result condition (vipāka-paccaya). One aggregate (khandha) that is a kamma-result (vipāka), associated with painful feeling, is a condition for two aggregates by way of kamma-result condition. … With neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (adukkhamasukhā vedanā) … One aggregate that is a kamma-result, associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, [is a condition] for two aggregates … at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa).
