[1556] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is clung-to and subject to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) is a condition, by way of kamma-result condition (vipāka-paccaya), for a phenomenon that is clung-to and subject to clinging and for a phenomenon that is not clung-to but subject to clinging (anupādinnupādāniya). One kamma-resultant (vipāka) aggregate (khandha) that is clung-to and subject to clinging is a condition, by way of kamma-result condition, for three aggregates and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa); two aggregates are a condition, by way of kamma-result condition, for two aggregates and for mind-originated forms.
