[1643] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clung to and not conducive to clinging (anupādinna-anupādāniya) [is a condition] for a phenomenon that is clung to and conducive to clinging (upādinnupādāniya) and for a phenomenon that is not clung to and not conducive to clinging: conascent (sahajāta), postnascent (pacchājāta).
