[195] With the not-root condition (na-hetu-paccaya), with the not-object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccaya), with the not-predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccaya), with the not-immediacy condition (na-anantara-paccaya), with the not-contiguity condition (na-samanantara-paccaya), with the not-mutuality condition (na-aññamañña-paccaya), with the not-decisive-support condition (na-upanissaya-paccaya), with the not-prenascence condition (na-purejāta-paccaya), with the not-postnascence condition (na-pacchājāta-paccaya), with the not-repetition condition (na-āsevana-paccaya).
As far as the repetition [condition], all is the same. When the not-kamma [condition] (na-kamma) is counted, there are five questions (pañhā). … With the not-kamma condition (na-kamma-paccaya): in the conascence [condition] (sahajāta), one; … in the dependence [condition] (nissaya), one; in the nutriment [condition] (āhāra), one; in the presence [condition] (atthi), one; in the non-disappearance [condition] (avigata), one.
