Abhidhammapiṭaka · Paṭṭhāna (1) · Vol. 40 · Section 463

[463] With the not-prenascence condition (na-purejāta-paccaya): in the root condition (hetu-paccaya), three … in the object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), three. (Abridged.) … In the repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya), three; in the kamma condition (kamma-paccaya), three; in the result condition (vipāka-paccaya), one. All the terms should be elaborated in full. Among the terms not written out here, these have three questions (pañhā) [each]. In the [section] rooted in the not-prenascence [condition], standing upon the not-root [condition] (na-hetu), one question should be formulated in the repetition [condition] and in the path condition (magga-paccaya). The remaining [terms] are similar to the not-root condition (na-hetu-paccaya). With the not-postnascence condition (na-pacchājāta-paccaya), [the section is] complete, similar to the not-predominance condition (na-adhipati-paccaya).
