[75] Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma), a wholesome phenomenon arises by non-disappearance condition (avigata-paccaya): dependent on one wholesome aggregate, three aggregates [arise]. The non-disappearance condition is similar to the connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya). These twenty-three conditions should be expanded in detail by one reciting [them].
