[114] A phenomenon (dhamma) with thought and with examination (savitakka-savicāra), conjoined (saṃsaṭṭha) with a phenomenon with thought and with examination, arises due to root condition (hetu-paccaya):
Three aggregates (khandhā), conjoined with one aggregate with thought and with examination, [arise]; with two aggregates … ; at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi) … .
A phenomenon without thought, with examination only (avitakka-vicāramatta), conjoined with a phenomenon with thought and with examination … :
