[116] In the root condition (hetu-paccaya), eleven. In the object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya), in the predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya), in the proximity condition (anantara-paccaya), in the contiguity condition (samanantara-paccaya), in the conascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya), in the mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya), in the dependence condition (nissaya-paccaya), in the decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya), in the prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya), in the repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya), in the kamma condition (kamma-paccaya), in the result condition (vipāka-paccaya), in the nutriment condition (āhāra-paccaya), in the faculty condition (indriya-paccaya), in the jhāna condition (jhāna-paccaya), in the path condition (magga-paccaya), in the association condition (sampayutta-paccaya), in the dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya), in the presence condition (atthi-paccaya), in the absence condition (natthi-paccaya), in the disappearance condition (vigata-paccaya), in the non-disappearance condition (avigata-paccaya) — everywhere, eleven. The positive method (anuloma). The negative method (paccanīya) should be done by one who is free from confusion.
