[1162] A phenomenon (dhamma) leading to dispersion (apacayagāmī) is a condition, by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya), both for a phenomenon leading to dispersion and for a phenomenon neither leading to accumulation (ācayagāmī) nor leading to dispersion.
