[1196] Dependent on a phenomenon that is neither-of-the-trainee-nor-of-one-beyond-training (nevasekkhānāsekkha), a phenomenon that is neither-of-the-trainee-nor-of-one-beyond-training … not by kamma-result condition (na-vipāka-paccaya). (This should be given) in full. There is no rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi).
