[1229] A phenomenon (dhamma) of one in training (sekkha), conjoined (saṃsaṭṭha) with a phenomenon of one in training, arises not by prenascence condition (na-purejāta-paccaya), not by postnascence condition (na-pacchājāta-paccaya), not by repetition condition (na-āsevana-paccaya).
Not by kamma condition (na-kamma-paccaya): two (condition-sections) should be elaborated.
Not by kamma-result condition (na-vipāka-paccaya): two (condition-sections) should be elaborated.
Not by absorption condition (na-jhāna-paccaya), not by path condition (na-magga-paccaya), not by dissociation condition (na-vippayutta-paccaya).
