Abhidhammapiṭaka · Paṭṭhāna (2) · Vol. 41 · Section 1243

[1243] A trainee phenomenon (sekkha dhamma) is a condition for a neither-trainee-nor-beyond-training phenomenon (nevasekkhanāsekkha dhamma) by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): object predominance (ārammaṇādhipati), conascence predominance (sahajātādhipati). Object predominance: the noble ones (ariyā), having emerged from the path (magga), review the path, esteeming it; they review the trainee fruition, esteeming it. Conascence predominance: trainee predominance is a condition for the kinds of form (rūpa) originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna) by predominance condition.
