[1281] A phenomenon (dhamma) beyond training (asekkha) is a condition (paccaya) for a phenomenon beyond training by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): Volition (cetanā) beyond training is a condition for the associated aggregates (khandhā) by kamma condition.
