[1303] A phenomenon of one beyond training (asekkha) and a phenomenon of one neither in training nor beyond training (nevasekkhanāsekkha) are a condition for a phenomenon of one beyond training by presence condition (atthi-paccaya). Two questions should be formulated, similar to those for the one in training (sekkha).
