[1341] Dependent on a limited (paritta) phenomenon (dhamma) and an immeasurable (appamāṇa) phenomenon, a limited phenomenon arises, not by object condition (na ārammaṇa-paccayā): Dependent on the aggregates (khandha) that are immeasurable and on the primary elements (mahābhūta), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa) [arises].
