[1407] An exalted (mahaggata) phenomenon (dhamma), conjoined (saṃsaṭṭha) with an exalted phenomenon, arises not by kamma condition (na-kammapaccayā): Exalted volition (cetanā) conjoined with exalted aggregates (khandhā).
