[1453] A limited phenomenon (paritta dhamma) and an exalted phenomenon (mahaggata dhamma) are a condition for a limited phenomenon … The exalted aggregates and the primary elements (mahābhūtā) are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya). At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), the exalted aggregates and the primary elements are a condition for kamma-born forms (kaṭattā-rūpa) by connascence condition.
