[1630] Dependent on a middling phenomenon (dhamma) and a superior phenomenon, a middling phenomenon … by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on superior aggregates (khandha) and the primary elements (mahābhūta), mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises].
