[1729] A phenomenon (dhamma) fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata) is a condition for a phenomenon fixed in wrongness and for an unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): Volition (cetanā) fixed in wrongness is a condition for the associated aggregates (sampayuttaka-khandhā) and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by kamma condition.
