[1750] A phenomenon fixed in rightness (sammattaniyata) and an unfixed (aniyata) phenomenon (dhammā) are a condition for a phenomenon fixed in rightness by presence condition (atthi-paccaya). The two questions (pañhā) are similar to those for what is fixed in wrongness (micchattaniyata).
