[951] A phenomenon (dhamma) with a root to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) and a phenomenon with a root to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) are a condition for a phenomenon with a root to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, by postnascence condition (pacchājāta-paccaya). Postnascent (pacchājātā): the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), and delusion (moha), are a condition for this prenascent (purejāta) body by postnascence condition.
