[693] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) subject to misapprehension (parāmaṭṭha), a phenomenon subject to misapprehension arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on one aggregate subject to misapprehension, three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arise; [dependent on] two aggregates … rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), up to the internal primary elements (ajjhattikā mahābhūtā).

The dyad of what is subject to misapprehension (parāmaṭṭha-duka) should be done in the same way as the mundane dyad (lokiya-duka) in the minor intermediate dyads (cūḷantara-duka); there is no difference.
