[719] A phenomenon (dhamma) not accompanied by equanimity (na-upekkhāsahagata) is a condition, by prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya), for a phenomenon not accompanied by equanimity: three (cases), similar to the dyad of states accompanied by rapture (sappītika-duka).
