[813] Dependent on an emancipating phenomenon (niyyānika dhamma), an emancipating phenomenon arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on one emancipating aggregate (khandha), three aggregates [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … . Dependent on an emancipating phenomenon, a non-emancipating (aniyyānika) phenomenon arises by root condition: dependent on the emancipating aggregates, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna rūpa) [arises]. Dependent on an emancipating phenomenon, emancipating and non-emancipating phenomena arise by root condition: dependent on one emancipating aggregate, three aggregates and mind-originated form [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … . Dependent on a non-emancipating phenomenon, a non-emancipating phenomenon arises by root condition: dependent on one non-emancipating aggregate, three aggregates and mind-originated form [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) [arises]; dependent on the base, the aggregates [arise]; dependent on one great element (mahābhūta) … . Dependent on an emancipating phenomenon and a non-emancipating phenomenon, a non-emancipating phenomenon arises by root condition: dependent on the emancipating aggregates and the great elements, mind-originated form [arises].
