[1026] Dependent on an unwholesome phenomenon (akusala dhamma) that is both a root (hetu) and associated with a root (hetu-sampayutta), there arises an unwholesome phenomenon that is both a root and associated with a root — not by predominance condition (na adhipati-paccayā).
