[1028] With root condition (hetu-paccaya) [as base], in the not-predominance (na-adhipati) [section]: three.* *Translator's footnote: The Pali reads "tīṇi" ("three"), but the Siam Raṭṭha Thai Royal rendering reads "มีวาระ ๒" ("there are two occasions [vāra]") — two against the Pali's three, possibly a variant reading or a misprint in the Thai. The Pali is followed here.
