[120] A phenomenon (dhamma) that is a root (hetu), associated (sampayutta) with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling (adukkhamasukhā vedanā), is a condition for a phenomenon that is a root, associated with neither-painful-nor-pleasant feeling, by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya); is a condition by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya); is a condition by decisive-support condition (upanissaya-paccaya).
