[1209] In dependence on (paṭicca) an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is dissociated from taints but subject to taints (āsavavippayutta sāsava), there arises an indeterminate phenomenon that is dissociated from taints but subject to taints, by non-root condition (na-hetupaccaya).
