[1236] An indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is subject to fetters (saññojaniya) is a condition, by way of root condition (hetu-paccaya), for an indeterminate phenomenon that is subject to fetters. An indeterminate phenomenon that is not subject to fetters (asaññojaniya) is a condition, by way of root condition, for an indeterminate phenomenon that is not subject to fetters. Three.
