[1323] In dependence on (paṭicca) an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is subject to ties (ganthaniya) and yet not a tie (gantha), there arises an indeterminate phenomenon that is subject to ties and yet not a tie — by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
