[1390] In dependence on a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma) that is subject to misapprehension (parāmaṭṭha), there arises a wholesome phenomenon that is subject to misapprehension, by root condition (hetu-paccaya). In dependence on a wholesome phenomenon that is not subject to misapprehension (aparāmaṭṭha), there arises a wholesome phenomenon that is not subject to misapprehension, by root condition.
