[147] Dependent on a result-producing phenomenon (vipākadhammadhamma) that is a root (hetu), there arises a result-producing phenomenon that is a root — not by prenascence condition (purejāta-paccaya): nine. Not by postnascence condition (pacchājāta-paccaya): nine. Not by repetition condition (āsevana-paccaya): nine.
