[1517] Dependent on an indeterminate (abyākata) phenomenon (dhamma) that is conjoined with mind (citta), originated by mind, and occurring along with mind (cittasaṃsaṭṭhasamuṭṭhānānuparivattī), there arises an indeterminate phenomenon that is conjoined with mind, originated by mind, and occurring along with mind — by root condition (hetu-paccaya).
